Jennica is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who believes in the healing power of connection, empathy, and being truly seen and heard. Her lifelong curiosity about people—their emotions, choices, and personal growth—led her to pursue counselling as a calling, offering care and support with compassion and understanding.
She completed her training at The Vancouver College of Counsellor Training and has been practicing for the past two years. Jennica works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, offering a gentle, collaborative, and personalized approach. She integrates talk therapy, creative methods such as art-based tools, and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to support emotional healing and meaningful growth.
Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore life’s challenges—whether navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, or feelings of being stuck. She works at a pace that feels comfortable for each client, helping them move toward greater clarity, confidence, and overall well-being.
