I can’t recommend Radie and her therapy with the light laser highly enough. I have chronic shoulder and arm pain from several car and bike accidents and a life spent playing the drums. A sharp pain in my right upper arm had been constantly bothering me for a year despite much massage therapy and several doctor visits. After ONE treatment with light therapy it was gone! I still suffer from shoulder and wrist pain but am undergoing treatment at Radie’s facility and getting slowly better after years of suffering. Thank you Radie!

I have been rear ended 3 times. 15 years ago by a medical issue, 2 years ago by an impaired driver and a few weeks ago by a distracted driver. The laser treatment I received here helped with the swelling from whip lash and hip and shoulder pain after the first treatment. I have had pain in my shoulder from the accident 2 years ago and it was aggravated by being hit again, and the laser treatment has helped with this inflamed old injury.

I can’t remember the last time I did not have a throbbing sometime sharp pain in my shoulder. After laser treatments, my massage therapist can feel the muscles in my back and neck actually staying a little softer for longer periods of time and not feeling like a cement wall. I had frozen shoulder in my right arm for couple of years, the pain I am living with is so debilitating, I am not able to get any good sleep at night. I would wake up from the pain several times a night, not being able to get any good quality sleep. I have taken several sessions at Holistic Victoria Light Laser Wellness Centre using the Bio Flex Cold Laser Therapy. After only three sessions with the cold laser I managed to gain my sleep back. After two years of sleepless nights I was finally able to sleep through the night without any pain.

maintenance and I am very happy with the results. I love the Red and InfraRed Spa-Sauna. I usually do 15 min on low heat and 15 min on medium heat and thoroughly enjoy the maximum vibration massage too. The heat from the sauna, vibration massage and aromatherapy together works like magic. So relaxing and rejuvenating. I had foot pain for about 4 months before I decided that changing my workouts from running to indoor cardio machines with less impact was not solving my aches and pains as it usually did. I finally went to see my doctor and xrays confirmed I had a stress fracture at the base of the fifth metatarsal on my right foot. I had heard about cold laser treatment and I confirmed with my doctor that laser therapy could be beneficial for my foot. I continued with limiting my workouts to the stationary bike, but even minor weight bearing activities that resulted in my flexing around the outside of my arch would trigger swelling and pain and seem to reverse any progress I had made. At the point where I had serious doubts about ever returning to my previous activities, I started cold laser treatments with Holistic Victoria Light Laser Wellness Centre. I must admit, I was somewhat surprised, and greatly relieved, when after the third treatment the pain diminished and became duller with every consecutive treatment. The pain stopped after about 8 treatments but since I had this injury for so long, I feared regression, I decided to go with the full 12 session treatment. I walk a lot now and the pain has not returned.

The combination of oxygen therapy, the cocoon, and red-light laser therapy has been transformative for me in a short period of time. My symptoms from Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue have been greatly improved. I have less pain, more energy, and less muscle stiffness, with increased flexibility and movement.
My mood has improved, and I feel more relaxed. I have noticed less brain fog, with a greater feeling of vitality and hope. Improvements have happened with little to no detox symptoms; this is unheard of with Lyme disease.

When I first came into the clinic, I was struggling to walk in with my cane. I walked out without it! I had severe pain points in multiple spots in my back and neck. Many spots have been chronic for over 20 years. I did a combination of the oxygen therapy, the cocoon, and the laser therapy. After four treatments, I have no pain. NO PAIN!
I have a lifelong issue with edema in my legs and ankles, and the relief I have seen has been life-changing. I’m now doing my knees. I was told I needed surgery for them, but last weekend I was out dancing. The inflammation, pain, and swelling reduction is nothing short of miraculous.

With utmost care, professionalism, and knowledge, the Holistic Victoria Wellness Centre addressed my torn MCL; I limped in with a knee brace, and three days/treatments later, I walked out without the limp—leaving my knee brace on the shelf—and with a plan for building my strength back with EWOT (exercise with oxygen therapy).
Radie, one of the certified laser practitioners, is a passionate learner who listens well and individualizes treatment. Kinesiologist and exercise therapist Petra also assessed the knee, helping hone the treatment and recovery plan. I didn’t know what to expect, but clearly the combination of the Cocoon red light therapy (with heat and vibration) with oxygen, and the infrared and red low-level laser therapy (including the infrared prop), sped my recovery and made it light years faster. I’m deeply grateful for Radie’s innovation and attentiveness, as it is invaluable to get back in the game!

I recently tried the Cocoon Fitness Pod session, and it was such a great experience. The pod itself is sleek, comfortable, and surprisingly relaxing once you’re inside. The warmth, gentle vibration, and aromatherapy made it feel like a mix between a sauna and a massage — but in a private, futuristic way.
I came out feeling refreshed, looser in my muscles, and more energized than I expected. It’s also a really good option if you want some recovery time after a workout or just a moment to de-stress. The session went by quickly, and I could definitely feel the difference afterward.
